I had the pleasure of taking my first Disney Cruise line cruise last
year. It was a seven-night trip to the Caribbean. Out of all the
cruises I have been on, it was surely the best. From the moment I
boarded, I could tell from the courtesy of the staff that this
cruise would be different. When I first saw my room, I was impressed
with how spacious it was. My family and I choose to stay in a
stateroom, and it was a great decision. We even had one and a half
baths, which made for less fighting between my teenage daughters.
During the day, I spent most of my ship time at the adults’ only
pool (it is quiet with less splashing). I also spent some time at
the spa and fitness center; it was the perfect place to relax. Every
night, we all sat down to an incredible dinner. We especially loved
the choice of three restaurants to dine in. After that, my teens
would usually spend time in a club for children their age, while my
husband and I enjoyed the entertainment.
Every member of my family enjoyed the trip. I cannot wait to hop on
board and maybe this time head to the Bahamas!
